What is Brand Positive? Brand Positive is Through the Loop's new research programme to identify Best Practices for managing brands through periods of slow growth or recession. Brand Positive is a comprehensive and continuous study, back-dated to 1996, to observe brand behaviour. Brand Positive has been set up to track a number of leading brands in the UK to analyse how they are managed through the expected period of slow economic growth. The lessons learned may also be applied to other markets outside the UK. Through the Loop is using Brand Pairs so that differing strategies under the same market conditions may be identified. Brand Positive tracks elements of the brands' marketing over time to complete a detailed overview of behaviour. These elements include the following:
Brand Positive also includes contextual analysis such as economic indicators and retail initiatives. Brand Positive is flexible to allow clients to buy in on a number of levels. This ranges from individual brand or Brand Pair profiles to more detailed analysis, workshops and presentations where implications for the client are considered in more depth. |
