Through the Loop gains two motorsport assignments

Through the Loop has been appointed as marketing and sponsorship adviser for two new motorsport projects.

Jamie Robinson is establishing a brand new Superbike racing team. Jamie had previously been a member of the Virgin Mobile team. This is a totally new team that will race in the UK Superbike series, a high profile motorcycling event that has extensive terrestrial television coverage.

Through the Loop is also working on the development of a new sports car racing series. This is expected to be run in Europe during 2003. Through the Loop will be helping to identify potential partners that will be able to benefit from an association with this event. Possibilities include headline sponsorship of the whole series with extensive signage at all the tracks and on cars as well as hospitality and merchandising possibilities. The event is expected to have extensive television coverage.

Both of these opportunities represent a low cost but highly effective way for marketing partners to work with high profile motorsports events.

Through the Loop’s initial role is to identify potential partners who can best benefit for partnering the Jamie Robinson Superbike team or the sports car racing series. As the events progress, there will be opportunity to work with the events to develop merchandising and marketing communications programmes that enable partners to extract the most benefit from their investment.

Through the Loop will be releasing details of new opportunities as they become available.

Through the Loop is an independent marketing consultancy that works to develop tailored solutions for its clients around the world.
