In 1999, Through the Loop became involved in the Business in the Community Partners in Leadership programme. This links business people with local headteachers. It encourages the sharing of information so that it enables headteachers to operate more effectively within a more business-orientated environment.

At present, Martin Payne, Strategic Projects Director, is working with a local school in Richmond, The Russell School.
